We get 2250 a month. Our mortgage on that is just less than 2000. These aren't home run

deals. We aren't cash flowing at times. We are. We're, you know, we're paying our expenses.

You know, one thing I would, I would stress to the listeners is, listen, you're not going to hit a

home run on your first deal. So there's a lot of kind of paralysis by analysis, I'm sure,

with a lot of people that listen to podcasts and, you know, are thinking about real estate.

Like at some point, you just got to, you just got to do it.
