This is CBSI and the world. I'm John Batchelor, and I welcome my good colleague Cliff May,

the founder and president of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracy,

and a man who has spent some time in Moscow as a student, shoulder to shoulder with the leaders of the Soviet now Russian Federation. And one of those leaders, Vladimir Putin,

was at Moscow University at the time. He also is a man who studies Russian history, knows it very well.
