writing most recently about decisions by the Trump

administration. They're at odds with our understanding of capitalism and seem to support

the idea of state-owned enterprises. In other words, what we accuse China of doing, subsidizing

favored industries that distort competition not only nationally but internationally.

You've published a piece that looks at four decisions by the Trump administration that suggests that

state-owned enterprises also come to the White House.

The first decision requires us to understand Intel, a favored company in the 20th century,

the early wave of building the digital universe we now live in.

However, somewhere between the year 2000 and the year 2025, the opinion on Wall Street is that Intel lost its way to other
