but she really is a pioneer in the way of changing content around healthy living.

Her passion in life is helping people lead healthier, happier, more sustainable lives.

So she founded Experience Life magazine basically because she was super depressed about what was out there in the way of health and fitness magazines,

with all of this emphasis on the size of your butt and your six-pack abs,

but really not about the quality of your life. This inspired her to create

Revolutionary Act.com, which is a website that gives you 101 ideas of ways of creating healthy life that are

accessible to do. You don't need to be loaded. You don't need to be, it's not for

VIPs, it's for for everyone let's just say and she also wrote a

manifesto for thriving in a mixed-up world so this is something that I've been using actually for a while. It's just 10 tips and really sharing it with my clients just thought it was so great and so accessible.
