Welcome in everyone to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, August 19th, and you are in the studio.

We have an outstanding episode this week.

I had my friend John Stallone from the Howl for Wildlife

org on and we are primarily talking about what his organization is doing as a whole, which is

they're basically building out a system to alert hunters of bad legislation

and bills across the country that are really just chipping away at our hunting rights right now

at exponential pace right so this might not be a big,

sexy episode for a lot of people, but it's probably as important. If you want to ensure that

your children and their grandchildren have these same opportunities or more than what we have,

this is an important conversation because actively right now we are losing ground.

And that's not the position you want to be in, right?

We want to be at a minimum holding our own, but advancing forward and gaining ground.

And right now we are losing at the highest pace that has ever happened since the North American model of wildlife management has existed.

We will get into the details in this episode.
