All right, here we go. Welcome in, everyone, to this week's edition of the Deer Hunter podcast Friday, August 12th, and you are in the studio for an episode that I was very much

looking forward to recording, and I'm excited to be able to share with you the listening audience

here today I was joined by Dr. Lisa Gardner who is a surgically trained board certified physician

she is a bioidentical hormone and anti-aging specialist so if you paid attention over the course of a couple previous episodes,

you probably caught or listened to me, discussed the fact that about six months ago,

I started hormone replacement therapy. I was having some issues. I discussed it back in a previous

podcast. I discussed it in more detail here in this

podcast. So if you didn't hear that, you'll hear a little bit more of a summarization of that.

Regardless, I got hooked up with a provider, got blood work done, and started on hormone replacement

because my testosterone levels had basically ceased to exist. So it has,

besides marrying my wife and having my children, been the best thing that I've done in my adult

life for the quality of my life. So it's a big deal. It's a real big deal to me. I wanted to take

the time to get somebody on to explain it in better detail than I ever could.

And I had heard Lisa on her podcast. She gives details here at the end of the show.
