So I continue to answer questions that people are sending in, and this is a question I get a lot and I get it from men and

women but I would say more from folks that identify as female which it's about

feeling indecisive a lot or laboring over decisions a lot

ruminating about things that decisions you've made or thinking long and hard and not long and hard in a good way

about making a decision more long and hard in a fearful ruminating circular thinking type of way.

So I'll ask you, think about it, do you often find yourself

sort of sitting on the fence

when you need to make a decision? Do you agamize over it for days or weeks or months?

Do you ask everyone you know what they think you should do? And when and if you do make

the decision, do you immediately start second-guessing what you

ended up doing?
