That's all I want to say. Wow, time is weird, people. That is a fact so I'm going to start off this episode with a little

story before I bust into what we're going to be, kind of breaking down. Years ago, when my father passed away, I was in therapy, and had been in therapy for years and years.

It was maybe about six or eight months after my father died and I was at the

gym and I was really into music I still am really into music but I was noticing

this pattern of my own behavior that I would listen to a particular song and it would make me cry.

And now I didn't, you know, I am emotional, there are things that would make me cry that I would listen to, but not like this.

This was something that was not just like maybe choke you up the lyric, but like actually make me cry.

And because it was, I mean, maybe six or eight months after the death of my father,

I didn't make any connection to any of this.

I just thought it was losing my mind. So I went and talked to my therapist

Ruth and I said, you know, I don't know, I think I'm like unstable in some way and I told her

what happened and she said, what do you mean? And I said well you know she said what

song are you listening to when this happens and I said well this time it was the

Dixie Chick song you know it's called Traveling Soldier and it's about this 18 year old who goes off to the Vietnam War and how nobody gives a shit and how you know he's leaving on that day and the only person he has to write a letter to is the waitress at a cafe
