0:29.6	Today we are doing a kind of a Q&A. I'm going to be answering some questions that I've gotten
0:36.4	on social media lately. Some of them are about coaching in general, the kind of practice of coaching, questions and coaching.
0:45.3	Some of them are about coaching businesses, some of them are about kind of entrepreneurship

0:50.8	So it's really something for everyone, just kind of an overall Q&A, but particularly with questions from coaches.
0:58.0	It's kind of the majority, but by no means the totality.
1:01.0	Okay, the first question that I got is,
1:05.2	what is the question that you love to ask
1:08.0	during a coaching session with someone?
1:10.3	So there's obviously a million questions
1:11.9	that I love to ask, depending.
1:14.4	Sometimes I just like to look at you with a raised eyebrow.
1:17.4	It's been called a coaching smirk before.
1:21.8	But if I had to like pick one question for the rest of my life, like if I was going to be a coaching question
1:23.4	for the rest of my life, like if I was going to be limited to one coaching
1:26.0	question, I think it would be why. Like the question why gets you 90% of where you need to go in a coaching session.
1:35.0	It really is such a deep all-purpose question because it just always gets you to the next layer.
