Hey, this is Jim. Welcome back to Silent Sales Machine Radio today. I've got my mom on the line with me.

0:09.6

This is one of those episodes that we do from time to time where we turned on the video cameras.

0:14.9

So you can see my mom side by side. She's at her office and I'm at home. But you can see us

0:19.7

talking, hanging out, talking business.

0:21.8

She's been working with me for several years now. We've got many family members on our team,

0:26.6

actually. So today you're going to hear us talk about what it's like to work with family. Is that a good

0:31.4

idea? Kind of the transitions over the years of how we've seen the industry change and some of the very successful

0:38.2

projects we're involved with now, some of the duties that she has on her desk, kind of managing

1:11.6

this for close to 20 years and mom's been on the team now as we figured out a little over eight

1:15.9

years at this point. But it's very much a family affair around here as our team continues to grow.

1:21.6

So if you want to peek behind the curtain on what business looks like around here, some of the

1:26.0

different things we have going on to support

1:27.9

you. We even talk about how many different customer support tickets we receive each week and respond

1:33.5

to the listeners to this show who are buying courses and content, coaching, maybe events. We've got a team

1:39.1

that handles your requests with excellence every day around here. So just a little peek behind the

1:43.9

curtain of what it

1:44.4

might look like as your business grows. We've been there, done that, blazed a trail. There's
