This is one of those episodes that we do from time to time where we turned on the video cameras.

So you can see my mom side by side. She's at her office and I'm at home. But you can see us

talking, hanging out, talking business.

She's been working with me for several years now. We've got many family members on our team,

actually. So today you're going to hear us talk about what it's like to work with family. Is that a good

idea? Kind of the transitions over the years of how we've seen the industry change and some of the very successful

projects we're involved with now, some of the duties that she has on her desk, kind of managing

the office around here. She runs the Amazon FBA side of our business as well. There's a lot of

people that report to her. She's kind of second in command of a lot of things going on around here,

and you may have never even realized that or heard her name. It's my mom, Judy Cochram. I think you're

going to really enjoy this episode, just a mom and a son hanging out, talking. We reminisce a little

bit about the journey and what it's looked like to get to this point. Because remember, I've been doing

this for close to 20 years and mom's been on the team now as we figured out a little over eight

years at this point. But it's very much a family affair around here as our team continues to grow.
