We took a work sabbatical for a month where I took off work from the Hart University, we cut out social media entirely and

legit hardly touched our phones at all for the entire month.

It was absolutely live changing and incredible for our family as a whole and we did a lot of other stuff that we will talk about when we get into the show.

But when I came back to Instagram at the beginning of June, you guys had just a ton of a really incredible

questions for me, like what literally so many and what better way to answer them than on this

podcast so today Andrew and I are showing up sharing exactly what went down in May did, what we learned, and answering your juicy questions
