Hello, dears, hello. Welcome to self-inquiry. I call it the work, and it really isn't for those of us that have very open minds. It's not work at all. It's just, you know, we just

think of something like a concept and we don't try to

dismiss it. We just, we just kind of, it's invited. And then we question it. Doesn't mean it's false.

It doesn't mean, just self-realization, self-realization, just you with you,

a way to identify and question the thoughts that cause all the suffering, discontent,

and from the bottom to the top, all of it,

to identify what we're thinking and believing,

the cause of our suffering, and how to question it.

So those of you new to the work, welcome.

And I'm a little clumsy,

and people in this community have a lot of patience with me,

so just kind of hang in and take what matters to you and just anything else.
