Steve and I are joined by our good friends Tyler Crockett and Lenny Nelson, who if you've

been listening to this show for some time have heard from in the past.

Tyler Lenny's Steve and their good buddy Jason started pure elevation productions many

years ago and you may have seen some other films online or in things like the Fulgerall

Film Tour.

We've also spoken with Lenny and Tyler on this podcast about our Alaska Carebeaut Hunt from

last year for example and they've been on the guests multiple times.

Lenny is also the co-founder of Exo Mountain Gear and has been on the show many times in

the past.

Today though we're talking with Lenny and Tyler about their September Elk Hunt and it is

memorable both of their hunts, both of the bulls that you will hear about them killing

for many reasons.

Number one forward Tyler's bull.

Tyler and Lenny took their young 9 and 10 year old sons out on a backpack hunt.

Their first backpack elk hunt and we hear about getting them involved with that kind of

the trouble, the trials of hunting with boys at that age but ultimately hearing about the

success as well memories made there that will certainly last a lifetime.

And then we chat about Lenny's bull which was taken just a few days later not with the

boys but in an entirely different context and a heck of an adventure on a great bull.
