Today I interview Wainey-Klaughty.

Wainey is the name you definitely want to get to know.

In my opinion, she's one of the best distance runners we have ever seen

here in the U.S. and she is only 25 years old. She just won her first USATF National Road

5K championship. She's setting records left and right and most importantly, Winnie is enjoying

herself and in her words, having fun seeing how hard she can push

herself.

In this episode, we talk about how she came to America from Eritrea, winning the Foot Locker

Championships in high school, going to the University of New Mexico and winning the NCAA

championships while there.
