Hey, hey everyone. How are we? I am feeling much better this week. My back feels way better. I saw my

chiropractor twice. Here's the deal. Do I believe in

chiropractors? Like, do I believe there are evidence-based studies for chiropractors? Like,

not really. Does my chiropractor make my back feel better? Yes. And like this week, he did a lot of soft

tissue work, less cracking, more soft tissue work. And I'm feeling way better. Thank God.

I like sparing something in my back, basically. So that really sucked. Really sucked. But thankfully,

I'm feeling way better. I noticed today, like, got

out of bed and was walking around. I was like, oh, my back doesn't hurt. And it was like in my,

almost in my hip, like my right hip, I'm like touching it like you can see. And so when I was

getting up and down is really bothering me the most when I was getting up and down.

So that's really good. So thank you all for being patient with me. I mean, you don't really have any other option.

But I'm glad I could put out that real world episode. It is funny. I had a bunch of people messaging me about it.

And I was like, when I tell you I have no memory of that episode or anything said in that episode at all. Like I do, I recorded that shit two years ago. So you know I go and like, I can barely remember things I recorded two weeks ago. But a lot of people seem to enjoy it, and I'm really grateful

changed it up a little bit, and I talked about scripted shows, which I usually never do.

I don't really, like, it's just not really my wheelhouse to do scripted TV commentary, but I talked

about Euphoria and Venting Anna. So that was fun to do. I don't think it's going to be like a

regular segment of mine, but it's nice, you know, to have the freedom. This week, I believe

I will be doing an episode on, of true life. The, I don't know how you say they're all the same.

The Thoreau family, that family that lived in Louisiana that, like, clearly was supposed to get

a spinoff from MTV, but didn't. So MTV just aired it as like two episodes of true life.
