Hey everyone, here's the deal. I was planning as usual to record an episode this week, but I threw out my back yesterday morning. I'm in Virginia visiting my nieces and well I think what

happened was my first got here I like impulsively picked up the seven year old and that kind of hurt

my back but yesterday morning I like leaned down to pick up the toddler and fully threw my back out.

It hurts really bad. I'm in a lot of pain. I mean, I feel a little

better today, thank God, but I just, I'm in pain. And when I'm in pain, it's just like too hard

to record an episode. It's too hard to concentrate on teen mom. So I'm going to play this real
