Hello everybody, welcome back to the podcast. I am so excited about today's guest. We have my new friend and Reiki practitioner,

Heaven here. Heaven and I met through our mutual friend Mads and we totally connected when we first you know spoke on the

phone we actually had like a big face time call with a few other girls and it was

really fun and then she ended up doing my Reiki about two weeks ago and it was my first proper time doing Reiki.

I would say we connected more than any other kind of Reiki person I've ever gone to in the past and she's so

talented and so smart and so beautiful and bubbly and bright

and I'm just so excited to have her on today.
