So I just saw Shelley not so long ago at another Cross Fit competition because we're doing

more and more stuff with awesome supplements in Cross Fit because I like crossfit I like the ethos

I like what they do and I think awesome supplements has a good place in Cross Fit in terms of

how we've positioned our products and stuff. But the reason why Shelley's on to the

show today is because, well, while we do support her in her training with our products,

there is a massive element of how, because for me I always

look at progress and I look at my own progress quite objectively but I'm quite kind of loose

about it. I don't hold myself to any really hardcore goals because

at the end of the day I'm an average guy. I like doing average things, hanging out with my mates and

just doing normal stuff. I'm not trying to compete to be something
