Happy New Year, Wild Souls! We are finally here in 2024 -- a profoundly transformative and powerful year -- and January's energetic invitation is greeting us as warmly and as potently as we could possibly wish for.

Our theme for the month is Beloved. January is a big month with a lot of strong invitations. We are really being asked to clear the deck, to look at things with fresh eyes, and to set down some new intentions. How can we be a beloved to ourselves as we navigate these things? How can we center our wellbeing and what our body and being are longing for as we do so? How would that change what we said yes or no to?

0:37.4	2023. I'm really hoping that 2024 is a different year. I know that it's going to be a very intense year too, but I do feel simply
0:51.1	because it's an eight-year it's going to be a little bit different, a little

0:57.7	Hopefully in some much-needed then 2023 was and really

1:09.9	2024 is energetically, a really different signature.
