Hello, Wild Souls, welcome back to the pod. Happy solstice, happy almost end of the year, happy end to this

seven year and opening to this eight year. Thank you so so much for being here with me.

It's always such an unbelievable honor to be traveling through this space with you.

I was just looking at my analytics

for the year to date and we've already hit 1.2 million downloads for this, for not, years not even finished yet.

So from the bottom of my heart for, like across the board, I just want to say thank you,

thank you, thank you for being here.

I love all of you so much and I'm so so thankful for the hundredth time that you're listening, that you're here, that we have new folks and old folks and that folks have gone their way and don't listen anymore. That's great too. You know how that goes and some folks have come back. It's just

really sweet to be here with all of you. Hoping that everybody's solstice is really rich, really beautiful.

I'm so ready to say goodbye to this year.

And yeah, just so ready to say goodbye and for me the solstice and there's some other like

root systems belief systems and and folk practices that totally back this up but like for me the kind of

Passage way and threshold point into the new year really begins on the solstice right at the edge of the new year.

And so this is really just a powerful time as we move into Capricorn season, sign that ushers us from one year into another

numerically to listen if we're able to reflect and over so many folks their holiday season super busy or it's like too lonely and they don't either in either direction don't really feel like they have that space to reflect and to drop in, but I hope that

the solstice provides you with a safe warm comforting environment to do that. I hope that you know that you can ask for what you need,

take space, you know, really, really drill and root into your boundaries, you deserve them.
