anyone wouldn't want to know more about that.

So I just want to dig into this with you in this

episode and also just kind of dig into like your story because I feel like you've just got so

I know we're just chatting just before I hit record, but you've obviously done your book,

launch, you've had a lot going on. Like, how are you feeling about everything? Well, I think it's

quite interesting that you're asking that question and I can feel my eyes welling up. I'm like,

where's that emotion coming from? I'm actually really great and I feel a little tired.

Like there has been so much energy output really since the beginning of the year.

So my body feels a little bit tired and I am catching up a little bit and clearly a little bit

emotional because you just said how are you and I nearly cried oh I know but it's a lot isn't
