Patrick: Hey doc hope all is well. Huge fan here. I know you did allot of podcasts on proteolytic enzymes but I’m not sure if you mentioned if it would be good to take for acne. I believe you say acne is a result of dirty blood and this enzyme cleans blood so thought this might work good. Thank you for everything you do

Lara: Hi, dr. Cabral :) I’m finally on my first FM detox, day 4 & I already feel a bit better, can’t wait to see the results after 21 days! And then straight into CBO.. and CBO finisher afterwards.. I wanted to ask when during CBO would be a good time to start with the Heavy Metal Detox, Mold protocol and Ultimate Sleep Help Protocol? Should I wait until the end of CBO or even the Finisher? And when would you recommend my next detox then..? It wouldn’t have to be another 21 days, right? After all these protocols my body should be much less toxic? vI would also like to ask if you could do an episode about how to properly brew different teas to get the most benefits.. I’m mostly interested in herbal teas and ginger tea, but I think information about all teas would be beneficial.. Thank you

Tonya: Hello Dr Cabral! I have 2 quick questions for you please and thank you! 1. What are the long term effects of donating plasma? 2. Is it okay for people to use exlax every day? (I've seen several moms say their kids with encopresis use ex lax daily and they also say it's safe because it comes from the senna plant.) I also have 2 things you could look into for a review if you'd like, one is the K8 machine (to filter water) ans the other is emf blocking stickers for iPhone and airpods by Waveblock. Take care!
