tension that boiled over, that's on the mayor. Because I guess that's what happens when you

And we're dealing with a mayor whose idea of improving police community relations

is to promote the idea that the police are racist.

We most acknowledge the hostility that exists between the NYPD and black New Yorkers.

And the reason there's hostility, he says, is because of the racist-assed NYPD hating on black New Yorkers.
