| 0:31.9 | wherever that might be in a closet, in a bathroom in your car, in a closet, your pantry, |
| 0:41.0 | wherever. And you'll position yourself either seated or put a towel down or |
| 0:50.0 | a mat down and you can lay yourself down on your back with your feet either firmly planted |

| 1:10.8 | elevate and lift you but the hope here is to stay with a long spine. |
| 1:16.9 | Your posture matters and we engage the posture starting at the crown of the head, draw the skull back a bit, |
