We are here. We're doing it. We are podcasting. Dragging ourselves off of the ground, off of the floor, picking ourselves up with no podcast equipment to make

this happen. Do I sound like I just ran five million marathons? Because I feel like it. You do sound a little

extra croaky today, but I feel like I would be concerned if you didn't. If you were like

chipper and regular, I'd be like, something is going on. Something is wrong. Something is wrong.

Why are you so happy? You just had an insane. Massive, massive week. Yeah, a massive week. So where we last left our heroes,

Joy had just driven down to Westcliffe to hang out with her parents like a little bit

west of Colorado Springs because your house closing had been delayed by like maybe a week.

Yeah. Because there's like a water meter issue going on where what it's a

combo of like they don't have the water meters, but also they need to be approved by like the

utilities board and the utilities board is super backed up. So there's just like a lot of things that are

out of your control to get what feels like a inconsequential piece of your house finished,

which is installing a water meter. And it's one of those things where because it wouldn't be up to code without the water meter, even though all the doors are hung and all the windows are, right, the walls are painted. Like it's completely ready to move in. You can't take possession of the house without the water meter. I'm so, can I just tell you, like, how sick I am of talking about this?

Like, not, I mean, I know I want to give an update, but just I'm laughing in my head because I'm like, oh my God, this has been cool. We're still here. We're still here. We're still here. Oh, my God. I like lost my ever loving mind yesterday. Can I just tell you before we get into it that like I reached a point yesterday where I like

lost my patience so bad over a stupid. I'm like scared to talk about it because Scott's in the next room,

but I lost my mind over a stupid bath mat. Okay. This is where I'm at. I'm like Virginia George about to crack. Like suffice to say you did not move into your house. If people have not been following along on Instagram. We didn't move in. We did not move in. I lost my mind over. Yeah. Yesterday I like lost it. We were fighting over a stupid bath mat that I wanted to keep and he did not want to keep. And I lost my mind. Anyway, I was like, wow, I'm really low on

patience right now. So, you know, our heroes last week were hanging out. We're real excited about

this water meter issue being resolved. Last we heard, they were like, there's this meeting,

this town meeting on Thursday. And we are, we feel really positive about it. This is from the

builders. We were like talking to the VP of operations at this point. They were like, we feel really

optimistic about it. So we'll, we'll let you know we should be able to like really quickly schedule
