1:05.3 | seminar wanted to improve their body composition, wanted to keep accelerating their |
1:10.6 | fat loss, and I wanted to question why a lot of people are doing powerlifting. |

1:21.5 | Do not get me wrong. It is a great way to get strong. It focuses on the key |
1:26.2 | lifts and a lot of the time people end up going into a meet. Like they go and compete on a weekend, you know they do the three lifts they try |

1:38.3 | questioning that what I'm questioning as is powerlifting to a lot of people's everyday goals. |
