There was a man who had lost 11 stone on the biggest loser, a slimy world slimmer of

the year and similarly a slimmer of the year for Rose McConley.

They also featured a man who had lost his weight through diet and exercise who had gone on to

train and become a personal trainer. He had managed to keep his weight off, though he did say it wasn't easy.
