I made the mistake one day of climbing up into this tree that was right outside of our

house and it was in Charleston, West Virginia.

You could look out over the mountains and the airport was in the distance, which is where

my father was flying in and out all the time.

So I would watch that and I was just bored out of my mind.

And I remember saying, God, I never want to be this bored again.

It was like the voice of God.

Answered that question and it has just never had a boring moment since then, I don't think.

They put up a sign facing the highway that read, wildlife on Easy Street and visitors started

showing up to see the cats up close.

Carol believed that if more people could just learn to love exotic cats, they would be

inspired to protect them.

She even shot a video to spread the word.

Carol began breeding and selling her cats.

And wildlife on Easy Street grew.

She even let people sleep there.

Bearing up in cabins that are in cages where there will be house guests in the homes of

two unlikely hosts and incorrigible pair of cougar cubs.

While not restful, a weekend with these wild animals wasn't anything but ordinary.

It was a tremendous once in a lifetime experience.
