As a former radio host and entertainment reporter for Access Hollywood, E! News and MTV, Liz Hernandez built a career on words. However, after the tragic loss of her mom to Alzheimers, words took on a whole new importance. In today's episode, she talks about how working through her grief helped her furthr concept WORDAFUL, a video and live event series that focuses on the importance of how we communicate with others and ourselves (the brand also has a wildly popular card game and affirmation deck). Plus: The big ask that completely changed her life, how affirmations actually impact our brain, and how to make "doing the work" work for you.
