| 0:11.0 | I saw the post in the start today, Facebook group recently, and this was from Susie, |

| 0:24.8 | and I think what she means by this is pursuing fitness, |
| 0:29.6 | walking consistently, making a commitment to walk every day. |

| 0:36.4 | I want to dance at this guy's wedding in 25 years or so |
| 0:41.3 | And so I'm assuming that for Susie this is probably a grandson and in 25 years she wants to be able to dance at his wedding |
| 0:53.3 | And so that got me thinking thinking through And in 25 years, she wants to be able to dance at his wedding. |
| 1:02.3 | And so that got me thinking, thinking through the question of what 25 years in the future, what could happen 25 years in the future that will impact my commitment to fitness today |

| 1:42.3 | Which is really kind of an odd thing for me to say, |
| 1:45.0 | because I don't like dancing at weddings. |
| 1:50.2 | I'm not someone who goes to a wedding |
