And we just wanted to drop a little mini episode because we know there's a large elephant in the room that because we are very rooted in the CrossFit world, we started our podcast if you don't know. We started as Girls Gone Wad. We've done hundreds of episodes about CrossFit,

but we rebranded in January. And a lot is going on in the CrossFit world. So we just kind of

wanted to take some time and address all of the things. But it's not going to be a long episode

because things are changing so quickly that we just wanted to kind of say a few things and then

call it a day. So if you are a listener, you have no interest in the CrossFit world or what the heck is going on, please feel free to shut this off and go spend time. Or if you're just like, I have everyone on this planet has more important things to worry about right now. More important things to worry about. Everything going out with CrossFit, it's all connected. But we don't, our

concern about creating this episode is that we don't want it to distract from everything else

that's going on that's more important. And we don't want to just be gossiping about it. We don't

want this to just be like an ambulance chaser episode. But we also know this is an important topic.

And so, but we invite you

that if, if you have, if you do not have the mental space for one more thing, if you know and

recognize and feel in your heart that this is not where the battle will be fought in one,

then please turn this episode off and go spend your time doing something else. That's all we're going to talk about in this episode. So you're not missing out on any fun life updates? No, not at all.
