Summary

In 1996, Arlington, Texas was still reeling from the unsolved case of Amber Hagerman, the 9-year old girl who was abducted and murdered and the reason behind the AMBER Alert system. That same year, a new murderer and rapist would emerge terrifying young women in the area, he would come to be known as the Bathtub Killer.
