How do you stay in such great shape with your insane schedule?

The insane schedule is about three hundred forty-five days a year.

It just came back late last night from Germany and you know fitness to me is really important as is food for obvious reasons but keeping fit on the road

is you know somewhat of a challenge sometimes you know getting the right food and

getting enough sleep and then finding it gym to work out in.

But it's one thing I never leave home and I'm going to tell you this, and that's
