I knew I was stressed and I knew I was very internally conflicted about what I had chosen to do with my lash,

but I didn't think I had any sort of mental health issue but the panic attack

happened one day at work and was very innocuous at the start. I came in and I had a

cossie and my assistant came in and gave me a bunch of work,

and then just was looking at me really weirdly.

And she's like, are you okay?

And I'm like, yeah, I'm fine.

And then she looked at me three more moments,

and then left again. As soon soon as she left I felt my hand

started the tremor. I felt my heart beat really really quickly and almost

instant they thought it was just a coffee and then I felt a swelling of emotion coming up and felt like I was about to cry in the middle of my office.

And that really started. I remember running out and I was walking through the CvedD Melbourne, hyperventilating.

At one point I was in the feudal alleyway just hunched down on my knees and on my feet,

just thinking I was about to die.

And I called up my therapist at the time, I'm like I think I'm about to die.
