Every woman listening to this podcast, they either personally experienced some kind of harassment or they know somebody who has.

Statistically speaking, every single woman has been through a situation

where they were harassed or that their best friend was harassed and they didn't know what to do.

Unfortunately, those are the moments where the majority of people have an awakening life.

Oh, wow, I actually don't know what to do.

And then they go seek for tools to handle those situations.

If we could expose ourselves to the principles

that allow us to anticipate and prevent those situations,

Gracies are known throughout the world as the creators of Brazilian

Jiu-Jigitsu. My guest is Cessalina Gracie, and her grandfather Carlos Gracie Sr.

was the founder of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Thessalina grew up in Brazil where there was a mat in their living room and so she's

been exposed to and trained in Jiu-Jitsu and methods of self-defense her entire life.

But it wasn't until she left the nest in Brazil when she was 17 years old and she moved to London where she

realized that she was super protected and how vulnerable women around the

world are and how susceptible they are to sexual harassment and this caused a light bulb moment for
