last week. It's the first time in two years I ever skipped a week recording or releasing an episode. And the reason I didn't do it is I was actually very, very sick. And I had the big C. I had COVID. I did. My husband had it. And I'm going to share on this episode a little bit about my journey, what I went through, what I found
