And I wanted to be like in the right mindset.

My dog comes in from outside

and she throws up on the floor

and she throws up like a worm.

I'm like literally an hour before this podcast.

I'm freaking out because I'm thinking, okay,

like my dog has parasites.

And so anyways, like shit hits the fan constantly

in our lives.

And sometimes it happens like right before our big moments.

And something that like really helps me

in these moments is just that phrase, it's all material.

It's this idea that all of our life experiences

can be taken and then they can be turned

into something really, really beautiful.
