um you know i don't think anyone likes the sun getting up later or rising later and setting earlier

you know it can definitely hit that motivation just a little bit but with these 10 tips today we're

going to get you fired up recharge and we're going to tell you how to really trek through and survive these tougher, wintry months. You know, even if you're somewhere that doesn't necessarily have snow and isn't super cold, you know, it's still pretty common science that a lot of people do feel this. So I'll let Kyle jump into that. Yes. So basically up to, you know,

20% of people, especially in America, will have this sort of effect. And, you know, it doesn't make you unnormal. And, you know, even myself personally speaking, I find in the summer, I'm the happiest person. The sun's, you know, just hitting me so hard. And I'm, it's so much easier to get up. And Everything is just so much better.

levels are going to consistently drop, which is like, you know, a brain chemical that's going to

affect the mood. So what we need to do today is just go over a bunch of tips to help you stay, not always fired up. You're not going to be super motivated at all times, but to keep you staying the course, keep you happy, you know, affect that seasonal effective disorder, which is what sad stands for. And just jumping right into it, number one is just simply planning the night before. And a lot of people are going to think that these are going to be magical things.

And, you know, based off of just like my research and things that I've been applying and

There's going to be no specific pill, no specific thing that's just going to turn your life around

and help you out with this.

But I find planning the night before it and actually knowing because what I find tough is the wake up portion, right? It's cold. You want to stay under your covers. So when I have everything laid out for me the night before, such as my coffee machine ready, such as my three most important tasks or one most important task, I find planning the night before is what allows me to start the day off right. You start the day off right, everything else falls into place. So once again, just planning the night before, whether it's leaving your running shoes out, whether it's leaving your most important task, you know, written down, whatever it is, planning the night before I find is really helpful to make you feel productive and start the day strong. Yeah, I think you nailed that one.
