Well, here at Authentic Innocy, we have a pretty exciting week ahead.

This Friday and Saturday, October 18th and 19th, will be together with some of you in person

at this year's conference, Reclaim, Surrendered Sexuality, and that's going to be near Cleveland,

Ohio.

My heart for this conference is to truly take us deeper into what it means to follow God with all of who

we are, including our sexuality, allowing him to speak to us, to lead us, to reveal hidden

sins in our hearts. And I believe it's going to be a powerful event for anyone who wants to

understand how a relationship with Jesus impacts their sexuality, how they think,

how they address their shame and wounds, and how they love people.

Well, today's podcast guest, Jackie Hill Perry, is actually going to be sharing with us

at this weekend's conference.

And if you're familiar at all with her story, you know that she is just a great example of what

it means to live out surrendered sexuality. The conversation you're going to hear today was

recorded a few years ago, and it's really focused on Jackie's testimony of Christ meeting her

and her journey of surrendering all of her life, not just her sexuality, to the lordship of Jesus Christ.

So here's my conversation with Jackie Hill Perry.

So Jackie, I think the first time I heard your name was seeing you be interviewed in a movie

that came out about a year ago called The Heart of Man.

And you shared so candidly about the sexual brokenness that you have experienced

and also about how God, the Savior, has redeemed you from that sexual brokenness.

Just a powerful, powerful testimony.
