Republicans are a little bit higher up on the slippery slope than Democrats are, but we're all sliding down and the bottom is close to

We forget that our confidence isn't in ourselves, it isn't in our marketing ability it isn't in

our ability to get rave customer reviews it isn't in our ability to make people feel

at home the power of the church to address the world is the power of

truth. The truth which is not an idea but the flesh and blood of a savior. The Bible isn't about us. The Bible is for us and in it's for us

it presents Jesus to us.

Luther is often accused of creating a new church.

Catholics to this day blame him for that.

He was trying to reform the church.

Instead of accepting the criticism, the Pope excommunicated

him. Now that was what broke the unity of Christendom.
