Summary

Can you train for strength and stamina and be optimal? A question Ross Edgley, sports scientist, athlete and legend, is always asking himself. After a Treeathlon, a marathon pulling a car, 1000 miles with an army backpack barefoot, and more, he is finding out a lot about the human body, and what his body, and ours, is capable of. In this episode we explore the theories of concurrent training, and how this is modulated, intuitively, by the human body. Anyone interested in training is going to get a TON out of this episode, and be inspired to do something to challenge the body and mind.
