So hello everybody and Ian, the question on everybody's lips, of course, is, did you feel a prick yesterday?

Well, unusually for me, I didn't it was one of

those occasions where it just all went all went off to plan and it took about three minutes

insert your own joke here and um I was in and out very quickly.

For the avoidance of doubt, we are talking about me getting the vaccine.

I took Saskia from Global's video team along with me because obviously one has to record these things for posterity.

And I was really pleased with the video that she actually did it.

And I was just paranoid that I didn't want to do a Johnny Mouser

and sort of get my kit off.

But of course, you have to, in order to bear your arm,

you do have to remove your shirt a bit more than I actually wanted to.

Some people have suggested that, I mean personally, I'd have been happy if you'd taken off even more because I like, you know, I like gratuitous shots of, you know, male celebs having vaccines and taking their shirts off.

Include, I think the first person to do it was, do you remember when Dan Polter was a health minister? That was obviously a flu jab,

but he completely seemed to have stripped. Yeah, but there is a bit of a difference here in that both

Johnny Mercer and Dan Polter are what, in the late 30s, early 40s and have quite

buffed bodies. I'm in my late 50s and I might once have had a buffed body, but even I can't

genuinely say hand-on heart that my body is one that I would wish to show off nowadays.

Well, the bit I could see looked all right.

Then again, I'm in my late 50s.
