I'm going to help you get through tough moments today. A lot of people ask me, "What should I do when this bad thing happens?" All these negative and fear based questions.
How do you react? What does it cost you in time, in energy, in productivity when these bad moments happen? Because they are going to happen. They are inevitable if you want to create an epic life. And when you become more and more successful, you're going to have more moving parts, which invites more chances for adversity to pop up.
Now is it worth it dealing with these? Absolutely, if you know how to deal with these situations when they come up. And that's exactly what I'm going to teach you today.
