Some questions to ask yourself (maybe journal about) to uncover what may be hidden from your view about your relationship with money:
- Write down the highest amount of money you've ever earned in a year (or a month) - then I want you to add a 0 to the end (so if it's 50,000 then change it to 500,000) - when you think about making that new, higher amount...what thoughts immediately come up?
- How was money discussed / viewed by your parents or whoever raised you?
- What fears come up around money, or having a lot of it? How it will affect relationships etc.
