I think sometimes especially millennial women we want it to all line up perfectly we want all of our eyes got in our teas cross and there's no one side to fit all approach you have to be constantly taking a look at your strategy and be willing to adapt and pivot.

So many of us were told that the dream job is out there. I would replace that dream job

myth with the good enough job because a good enough job doesn't ask more from you than you can possibly give.

It doesn't lead to burn out. It doesn't lead to exhaustion. It doesn't make you feel like you're never good enough for the job.

It does allow you to have a life outside of work.
