Summary

How much time are you spending talking about your business?

Here is one of the main reasons why hobbyists and accidental leaders struggle in building a team…

They spend way too much time talking about WHAT they do instead of listening to their prospects.

Which is the exact opposite of what the top leaders in this profession do.

The best leaders spend most of their time listening to prospects, knowing their problems, and helping them solve it through their product or business.

Truth be told, prospects don't really care about you. They care about what you can do for them.

And they join when they see value in what you do.

In this Biz Tip Friday, I talk about how you can create value for your prospects and why talking less and listening more is one of the keys to building a team.
