| 1:31.0 | a really big place of uncertainty, we go into survival mode. And when we're in survival mode, |
| 1:36.9 | we can get very insular. Looking out for number one. Nothing wrong with that. You should put |
| 1:43.3 | yourself your mental health, your family, |
| 1:45.5 | and their mental health first. But in the process of doing this, of taking care of ourselves, |
| 1:53.2 | often we will decide that our viewpoint, our values, the things that are important to us, are truth with a capital |
| 2:05.3 | T. We can have truth with a capital T in politics, in our stance on COVID, in our stance on masks |
| 2:13.1 | and schools, and all of the stuff that's going on right now. So far that we can make everyone else |
