Bonjour, chow, everyone. How are you all going? I hope you're all keeping safe and well and dreaming of Italy,

and perhaps cooking some delicious Italian dishes. After all these years, there's something I know about you,

dear listeners, and that is that most of you love exploring Italy via its delicious bites. And,

you know, it's true, we could definitely make a podcast just about

Italian food. But today we're going to give you some tips about eating in Rome.

Lately, I've seen an avalanche of posts on social media telling visitors where to eat in Rome,

and it's made me a little bit agitated.

Firstly, they are promoting the same places over and over again,

which equals crowds and hard to get bookings.

And, you know, I do feel a little bit guilty myself for one particular restaurant,

but I've learnt my lesson on that one.

But then again, some of the restaurants that have been recommended by the social media influencers may not be wonderful. They might have some

gimmicky promotions, but we find the focus is on the gimmick and not the food. Lastly, as a result of

any social media promotion, they would definitely be 100%

full of tourists so that you may not feel like you are in Italy. So I wanted to ask a special
