Hello, everyone, and welcome back to Do We Know Them? Episode 243. Our prayers have been answered,

a scam event as occurred. A real one. You guys. Not when we're trying to make a scam event,

because we just want it so bad. We have not gotten this many comments since I would say maybe

the crumble fiasco. Really? Because I literally, I was texting Lily.

I'm like, I'm on TikTok scrolling, but everything I'm tagged in is just the fucking book festival.

And I'm like, we've seen it, guys.

We're going to cover it.

And what's funny is that usually it's like you can like see the thumbnail of like what the comment someone left is on.

And usually it's the same one because there's only like a few

videos that pertain to each topic. This one, it kept being new ones because there's so many.

Yeah, there's so many. And also, if you don't remember, we recently did like a little bit of

a scam event type video because we love scam events. If you're new here, we've done quite a few

our favorite being the Willy Wonka experience.

Oh, Bridgeton Ball was pretty close second, though. Those two. Yeah, the stripper at Bridgeton Ball

just, you know, it'll stay in my memory forever. Basically, we feel like they're like lower stakes than

some of the more serious topics we have to cover sometimes. And yeah people lose a little money but it's not

like thousands of dollars and even though it could suck and we could be like oh my god like the event

coordinator like absolutely should refund people whatever it seems like the people who are in the

scam usually find the humor in it as well and so it just it's just a just a good time. Okay, what can I say? We're a sucker

for a scam event. Honorable mention to the Taylor Swift Convention. Oh, God, that was good too.

But dude, listen to this. Our researcher put, this was worse than the Bridgeton Ball, Wonka experienced

Tanakan and Ace Fest combined. Not Tanikon. I know. How did Tanikon get in there?
