Today we reflect on a conversation between Rachel Clinton-Chen and Adam Young that provided

some helpful notes to illuminate our journey into the world of spiritual abuse.

And again, I was done a bunch of resources. We're going to link some of them today, some

of them were not. Some of them when I got into them, I found that there was just so much

debate about the nuances and the particulars. And I know how important the world of abuse

is, spiritual abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, to be a victim, to like, I know getting

words right matters. And so, and an effort to just make sure I'm linking good material,

I'm being very like, I'm trying to be super judicious. Is that the word? I need to use

Brent. Is that the right word? I think so. Okay. I'm being super cautious about what

we're linking. So we're going to link the, there is a podcast episode that was sent to

me that I thought was just super great. I just gobbled up, took notes and these notes

are guiding our conversation days. We're going to link that episode. It's from the place
